Between 2010-2011, Yoon stayed at a Buddhist temple "Haeinsa" and worked for Haein Art Project, a contemporary art project to commemorate the millenial year of Tripitaka Koreana, 81258 wooden scriptures of Buddhism Texts (UNESCO record of the world)
As a director/curator, Yoon was responsible for main concept, curating artists, installing pieces, handling the government papers and reports, and designing cataloques & a book. Living at a temple for two years was tough but Yoon got to know more about Buddhsim from many different monks. He realized that Art and Zen are not different in its core. The constant searches for truth and beauty share the importance of transcedental experiences with oneself.
